Ingredients

2 lb. salmon fillet
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
nonstick cooking spray
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place salmon fillet (skin side down) in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine maple syrup and walnuts.
Spread over top of salmon. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with fork and the color is light pink.
