Rancho Sausage Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. sour cream
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In a large skillet, fry sausage until pink color disappears; drain. Add onions and green pepper; cook slowly for 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni, chili powder, salt and sugar. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until macaroni is done. Serve hot with a green salad and hard rolls.
