Irish Cream Liqueur - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Irish whiskey (Jameson)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. chocolate extract
1 Tbsp. coconut extract
1 Tbsp. powdered instant coffee
Preparation

Blend all ingredients at low speed in blender or food processor until thoroughly mixed.
Bottle with a tight cover. Refrigerate overnight, at least, to blend flavors.
Then keep in refrigerator.
Shake before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 pints.
Will keep for a month.
