Spanish Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. uncooked rice
    beef broth
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and reserve liquid
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onions and green peppers until meat is brown.
    Stir in rice and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Add broth enough to tomato juice to make 2 cups.
    Stir broth mixture, tomatoes, seasonings and beans into meat.
    Heat to boiling.
    Stir well; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 6.
