Chicken With Rice(With Cling Peaches) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts or 1 whole cut up chicken
1 c. raw rice
2 c. chicken broth (either canned or bouillon)
4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry or thyme
Preparation

Brown chicken; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
In the chicken pan, scrape bottom of pan for chicken flavor.
Heat to boiling.
Turn into a 2-quart baking dish (casserole) lined with foil.
Add the chicken.
Close the foil on top and seal it.
Bake it about 1 hour.
Open the foil the last 10 minutes.
