Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. long grain rice
2 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 large onion, chopped
4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions.
While rice is cooking, brown the sausage, green pepper and onion (drain off any fat), then add the tomato sauce, then the spices.
Stir cooked rice and sausage together and pour into casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
