Tomato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly.
    Add water and stir until dough holds together.
    Press into an ungreased 9 to 10-inch pie plate.
    Pierce bottom with a fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
