Layered Potato 'N Ham Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potato mix
4 c. very hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. cut up fully cooked smoked ham (about 3/4 lb.)
1 1/2 c. shredded process American cheese (6 oz.)
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 egg
1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cover potatoes with water in medium bowl. Stir in salt.
Let stand uncovered 15 minutes.
Drain thoroughly. Layer half each of the potatoes, corn, bell pepper, onion, ham and cheese in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
Repeat.
Mix milk, margarine and egg.
Beat in baking mix, sugar, pepper and curry powder until smooth.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set.
Makes 6 servings.
