Marinated Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Italian salad dressing
    2 c. beer
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 (3 to 10 lb.) chuck steak or roast
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and pour over meat.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Place roast in roasting pan and brush with marinade.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours for rare roast.
