Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury slice and bake sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sliced strawberries
2 sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice
any other fruit desired
1 pkg. strawberry pie glaze (optional)
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

In a 13 x 9-inch cake pan, lay a sheet of wax paper.
Spread a layer of nuts over the wax paper. Spread a generous amount of coconut flakes over the nuts. Get a box of German chocolate cake mix and mix according to directions on box.
Spread cake mix over the coconut flakes.
Mix 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 box confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy. Spoon out over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let cake cool and turn onto cake server.
