Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans
2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
12 flour tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons beans over 1 tortilla.
Sprinkle with some green onions and cheese.
Cover with another tortilla and repeat for desired amount.
Place 2 quesadillas at a time on a cookie sheet.
Heat 15 minutes or until top tortilla is browned slightly.
Slice into fourths or eighths; serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole on top.
