Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. grated Monterey Jack
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. salsa
Preparation

Mix cheeses together.
In separate bowl mix salsa and eggs.
In pie plate, put 1/2 of cheese mixture.
Then pour egg and salsa mix over layer.
Then put rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with chips.
