Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chunk pineapple
1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 2-inch strips
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice; set aside.
Brown pork in oil in large pan; stir in water.
Cover and simmer while preparing other ingredients.
Combine sugar, starch and salt in bowl.
Stir in pineapple juice and vinegar mixture into pork.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Add pineapple, green pepper and onions.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over rice.
