Heavenly Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) beef brisket (untrimmed)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, Cajun seasoning, pepper and Worcestershire in a shallow dish; add brisket, turning to coat both sides.
    Cover; chill 8 hours.
