Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6-inch head broccoli or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
4 oz. Velveeta pieces
Preparation

Steam raw broccoli or heat frozen broccoli.
Put in blender with 1 soup can water and puree.
Warm cream of chicken soup and broccoli and water mixture until steamy warm.
Add chunks of Velveeta, stirring until melted.
Do not boil!
If you like pieces of broccoli, save out a few pieces for garnish and/or to have \"chunky\" soup.
