Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butterscotch pieces (1/2 of 6 oz. pkg.)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. chocolate pieces (6 oz.)
Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup butterscotch pieces and 1/4 cup butter, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to butterscotch mixture in saucepan.
Mix well.
Fold marshmallows, chocolate pieces and chopped nuts into butterscotch batter just until combined, about 5 strokes.
Spread in greased pan.
