Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    Add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Add seasonings.
    Serve hot over buttered toast or crackers.
