Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn flakes, crushed or crushed crackers
3/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 eggs
2 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
With a fork, beat eggs slightly. Lightly mix in meat, crumbs, onion and green pepper.
Combine other ingredients.
The secret is to mix well, but lightly.
Do not pack.
In baking dish, shape meat into oval loaf.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
