Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. oil (Crisco)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Add buttermilk, oil and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
    Spoon batter into a 9-inch round cake pan coated with vegetable cooking spray and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool completely in pan.
    Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries or any fruit you wish.
