Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    5 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer potatoes in margarine.
    Mix sour cream, onion, chicken soup, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Mix remaining 1/4 cup margarine with cornflakes in bowl.
    Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
