Creamed Onions In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small white onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil onions 25 minutes in salted water.
    Drain.
    Cook next 5 ingredients together and add onions.
    Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or other shredded cheese.
