Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes in 425\u00b0 oven until centers are soft (or microwave).
Cut thin lengthwise slices from top of each, or cut each in half lengthwise.
Scoop out, carefully reserving shell. Mash potato, add butter, milk, seasoning and onion.
Spoon back into shell.
Scatter 1 tablespoon cheese over each.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place potatoes on tray; at this point may refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until hot, about 40 minutes.
