Sweet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped cukes (rinds only)
    3 c. chopped onion
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 red peppers, chopped
    3 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. salt
    2 qt. water
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop cukes, onion, green and red peppers and celery.
    Let stand overnight in salt and 2 quarts of water.
    Drain in the a.m.
