Rigatoni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. rigatoni (4 c.), cooked 8 minutes and drained
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, over medium heat, saute beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    In a bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, milk and salt.
    Add rigatoni.
    Toss to coat well.
