Country Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Cover and simmer over low heat until veggies are tender (approximately 20 minutes).
