Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. pimento, mashed
    1 Tbsp. onion
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of red pepper
    crushed pecans
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Shred Cheddar cheese and mix with cream cheese in large mixing bowl.
    Cover and let stand for 2 hours.
    After cheese has set, mix all together and roll into balls.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll balls in crushed pecans.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
