Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs 5 minutes.
Add sugar; stir in pumpkin and lemon flavoring.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Blend together and spread on greased and floured
cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with nuts on top. Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Dump cake on powdered sugar dusted towel.
Roll up like a jelly roll and cool.
