Cornmeal Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. soft butter
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Add cornmeal gradually to boiling, salted water, stirring constantly.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into strips 1 x 2-inches.
    Split each strip in half.
    Spread with butter and sprinkle again with cheese.
    Place on a buttered sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
