Breakfast Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 slices (about 1 oz.) Provolone cheese
    4 (6-inch) pita bread rounds
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until sausage is brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
