Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    sliced bananas
    chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add brown sugar and cold water.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Take off burner.
    Add vinegar, bananas and peanuts.
    Layer and put in fridge.
