Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
dash of pepper
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to medium.
Add milk and cream cheese.
Stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
