Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk, divided
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a glass bowl. Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on Roast (Medium, 60%) for 3 minutes.
    Stir.
    Continue microwaving at the same speed for 2 or 3 more minutes or until melted.
