New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    4 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream the two cheeses.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add yolks; beat well.
    Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour.
    Add butter; mix until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
    Pour into buttered 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 35 minutes.
    Turn oven off and leave cake in oven with door closed for 2 hours to dry excess moisture from cheesecake.
