Tiffany'S Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, unpeeled
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in quarters.
    Put in bowl with oil and toss to distribute oil.
    Place potatoes in 4-quart casserole dish and cover with onion soup mix.
    Add soy sauce; mix around.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes a tangy side dish.
