Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 c. whipped cream or topping
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add baking powder, sugar and vanilla; add salt.
    Stir in nuts and crackers.
    Pour into a well-greased pie pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and add topping.
