Benedictine Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cucumber, seeded and grated
4 Tbsp. juice from 1 onion
pinch of salt
few drops green food coloring
Preparation

Blend grated cucumber and onion juice into cream cheese.
Beat until consistency desired.
Add food coloring to create a pale green tint and blend.
This is a light and tasty spread for sandwiches or use as a dip with crackers and chips.
