Chicken Biscuit Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can chicken broth
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked peas
1 c. cooked carrots
1 can country style biscuits
Preparation

Make sauce:
Melt butter.
Mix in flour and spices.
Add broth and milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add chicken and vegetables.
Simmer until bubbly.
Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
