Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. plus 3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Combine yeast, brown sugar, peanuts and salt; add 1 1/2 cups flour to this.
Set aside.
Heat peanut butter and water to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Add to mixture and stir until mixed, then add 3 cups flour and stir/mix 2 minutes.
Place into lightly greased bowl and allow to rise for 1 hour.
With spoon, stir down batter and continue to stir for 30 seconds.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
Let rise, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
