Hot Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
8 slices toast
8 slices tomatoes
8 slices turkey or chicken, warmed
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb. grated cheese
5 1/2 oz. can milk
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation

Heat until cheese melts.
Place toast on bottom of baking pan. Place turkey on toast.
Cover with a layer of tomatoes and a layer of bacon.
Then pour cheese sauce over all and broil until hot.
