Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/3 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 container sharp Cheddar cheese (cold pack)
    2 or 3 shakes cayenne pepper (optional)
    pecans (to roll cheese balls with), chopped
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Stir in soft Cheddar cheese.
    Add pineapple (with all the juice drained, may have to squeeze juice from pineapple).
    Add pecans, pepper, onion and salt.
    Chill overnight.
