Cheese Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 Tbsp. dry onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese and corn flakes together.
    Spoon into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then with corn flakes.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
