Egg Salad Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
    1 finely chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Combine chopped eggs, chopped olives and green onion.
    Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard.
    Remove crust; spread 1/4 cup on each slice.
    Cut bread into triangles.
    Makes 20 sandwiches.
