Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 carrots, cut lengthwise
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of paprika
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until tender.
Place in shallow dish.
Mix water, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Pour over carrots.
Dash with paprika.
