Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated Cheddar or American cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter (for topping)
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Top with corn flakes; drizzle with melted butter.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
An excellent buffet or brunch dish.
