Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches red radishes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    salt
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Wash radishes and slice thinly.
    Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 5 minutes.
