Potato Pork Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lbs. pork chops, seasoned and browned*
potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chopped onions
1 can water
seasonings: salt, pepper, etc.
Preparation

Using a 9 x 13 pan start layering with the potatoes; season as you go along. After you finish layering the potatoes, meat and onions, mix the soups and can of water together and pour over the casserole. If you wish, you can top with crumbled potato chips or crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes and meat are done. *Ground beef can be substituted for pork chops.
