Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed
white pepper to taste
1 qt. milk
1 qt. half and half
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
Old Bay to taste
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend in flour and pepper.
Stirring, simmer for 1minute.
Add milk, half and half and crushed bouillon.
Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add crabmeat.
Simmer long enough to heat crabmeat through.
Add Old Bay to taste.
