Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (1.25 oz.) onion soup mix
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, stirring well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and
    15
    minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serves 8.
