Homemade Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. semolina flour
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In a 2-quart bowl, mix ingredients.
    Knead dough ball for 10 minutes, adding a few drops of water if dough seems too dry or a little flour if too sticky.
    Place dough ball in a plastic bag and put in refrigerator for 1 hour to relax the gluten.
    Cut the ball into 4 parts.
    With a floured rolling pin or pasta machine, roll dough and cut as desired.
