Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 c. raw potatoes, sliced thin
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons shortening in skillet.
    Salt and pepper chops; flour.
    Brown on both sides.
    Saute onions until clear looking.
    In 2-quart casserole, layer potatoes, onions, potatoes and onions.
    Place chops on top.
    Pour soup over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
